Answer: I’m posting nearly every meal I’m eating using the WordPress for iOS app and the WordPress.com post-by-email feature.

Reason: you are what you eat — and I’m curious to see how my various meals impact my overall health and fitness. I’m also trying out the Tim Ferris Four Hour Body system, and a big component of that is to take inventory of what you are consuming.
